Permits:

Permitting Responsibilities: Obtaining any necessary permits for the installation of flags and flagpoles is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This includes researching local ordinances, regulations, and application requirements within their specific city and county. Failure to obtain required permits is solely the purchaser’s responsibility.

Our Permit Assistance (Optional): While we are not responsible for obtaining permits, we offer permit assistance as an optional, add-on service for an additional fee. This service includes:

  • Guidance and Information: We will provide guidance on the typical permit requirements in your area and assist in gathering necessary information for permit applications. Note that local regulations vary widely; we cannot guarantee that we can secure a permit.
  • Application Assistance (If applicable): Where feasible, we will assist in filling out the permit application, following the local guidelines provided by your jurisdiction.
  • Permit Submission (If applicable): Where permissible, we will assist in submitting the application to the appropriate authorities.

Important Considerations:

  • No Guarantee of Permit Approval: We cannot guarantee permit approval. Permit issuance is entirely at the discretion of the local permitting authority.
  • Additional Fees: Our permit assistance service carries an additional fee, the amount of which will be quoted separately.
  • Timeframes: Permit processing times vary widely. Securing a permit may add significant time to the overall project timeline.

Consumer Agreements:

By completing this purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Purchase Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that you are purchasing the items listed in this order from Flag Corps, Inc. using your chosen payment method (Credit/Debit card, PayPal account, Bank ACH, or check).
  1. No Refunds: Except as expressly provided below, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
  1. Exchange Policy: In the event of a damaged or defective product upon receipt, you may request an exchange for an item of equal or greater value. To initiate an exchange, you must contact Flag Corps, Inc. within [Number] days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Flag Corps, Inc. will determine the eligibility of the exchange request. All exchanges are subject to availability. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to locations within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), Canada, and Mexico. We do not currently ship to other international locations.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

Delivery Times: Standard shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note that special orders or custom-built products may have significantly longer delivery times (30-120 days or more) and that installation, where applicable, will be scheduled separately after delivery. We will contact you to schedule installation.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location, the weight and size of your order, and the shipping method selected.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact customer service within [Number] days of the expected delivery date with photographic evidence of damage or proof of non-delivery from the shipping carrier.

Warranties:

Flagpole and Hardware Warranty:

New Flagpoles and Hardware: We provide a one-year warranty on new flagpoles and flagpole hardware installed by Flag Systems. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, accident, or acts of God.

Flagpole Foundations: We provide a one-year warranty on flagpole foundations installed by Flag Systems. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, and excludes damage from settling, soil erosion, or other ground-related issues.

Replaced/Serviced Hardware: We provide a six-month warranty on flagpole hardware that has been replaced or serviced by Flag Systems. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, excluding wear and tear from normal use.

Flags: We provide a 30-day warranty on flags, excluding damage caused by leaving flags unfurled in winds exceeding 30 mph for 12 hours or more.

Aluminum Flagpole Shafts: We offer a lifetime warranty on the aluminum shaft of your flagpole. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This lifetime warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, misuse, accident, or acts of God. This warranty also excludes normal wear and tear.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation (unless installed by Flag Systems)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Acts of God (e.g., lightning strikes, extreme weather events)
  • Misuse or abuse of the product
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Solar Lights: Solar lights are excluded from all warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please contact our office within [Number] days of discovering the defect. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will determine eligibility for warranty coverage based on the terms outlined above.

Return Policy:

Returns and Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, some items are non-returnable. Flagpoles and installation services are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Eligible Returns: Flags, flagpole hardware, and indoor flag sets may be returned for store credit within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a store credit, the items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping costs. Store credits do not expire.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and send photographic evidence to [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit, as appropriate. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Payment Procedures: Flag Corps, Inc. | Online division of Flag Systems reserves the right to modify its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.
