Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable
Consumer Agreements: I agree that I am purchasing these items from Flag Corps, Inc. with my Credit/Debit card, Pay Pal Account, Bank ACH or Check. I acknowledge that there will be no refunds or returns on any items that I purchase. I understand that I can request to exchange my items for those of equal or greater value if needed.
Shipping & Delivery: At this time, Flag Corps, Inc. | Online division of Flag Systems ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Flag Corps, Inc. | Online division of Flag Systems ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

1 Year warranty on new flagpoles and flagpole hardware installed by Flag Systems
1 Year warranty on flagpole foundations when installed by Flag Systems
6 Month warranty on flagpole hardware replaced and serviced by Flag Systems
30 Day Flag Warranty excludes flags left in winds exceeding 30mph for a period of 12 hours or more
Lifetime Aluminum Flagpole Shaft Warranty Available
Solar Lights are excluded from any warranty requests

Return Policy: Flag Corps, Inc. | Online division of Flag Systems reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. No returns or refunds for flagpoles or service. Flags, flagpole hardware and indoor flag sets may be returned for a store credit.
