Important Considerations:

  • No Guarantee of Permit Approval: We cannot guarantee permit approval. Permit issuance is entirely at the discretion of the local permitting authority.

  1. Exchange Policy: In the event of a damaged or defective product upon receipt, you may request an exchange for an item of equal or greater value. Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to locations within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), Canada, and Mexico. We do not currently ship to other international locations.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

Delivery Times: Standard shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note that special orders or custom-built products may have significantly longer delivery times (30-120 days or more) and that installation, where applicable, will be scheduled separately after delivery. We will contact you to schedule installation.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location, the weight and size of your order, and the shipping method selected.

Warranties:

Flagpole and Hardware Warranty:

New Flagpoles and Hardware: We provide a one-year warranty on new flagpoles and flagpole hardware installed by Flag Systems. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, accident, or acts of God.

Flagpole Foundations: We provide a one-year warranty on flagpole foundations installed by Flag Systems. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, and excludes damage from settling, soil erosion, or other ground-related issues.

Replaced/Serviced Hardware: We provide a six-month warranty on flagpole hardware that has been replaced or serviced by Flag Systems. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, excluding wear and tear from normal use.

Flags: We provide a 30-day warranty on flags, excluding damage caused by leaving flags unfurled in winds exceeding 30 mph for 12 hours or more.

Aluminum Flagpole Shafts: We offer a lifetime warranty on the aluminum shaft of your flagpole. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This lifetime warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, misuse, accident, or acts of God. This warranty also excludes normal wear and tear.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation (unless installed by Flag Systems)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Acts of God (e.g., lightning strikes, extreme weather events)
  • Misuse or abuse of the product
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Solar Lights: Solar lights are excluded from all warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please contact our office within [Number] days of discovering the defect. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will determine eligibility for warranty coverage based on the terms outlined above.

Return Policy:

Returns and Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, some items are non-returnable. Flagpoles and installation services are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Eligible Returns: Flags, flagpole hardware, and indoor flag sets may be returned for store credit within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a store credit, the items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping costs. Store credits do not expire.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and send photographic evidence to [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit, as appropriate. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
