We at Flag Systems take pride in using the highest quality Nylon material in our Flag Manufacturing Process and conform to FMAA requirements. All our Flag Manufacturing takes place at our facility in Dallas Texas. Our flags are made with high quality 200D Brite-Type™ Ultraviolet-Resistant Nylon, heavy duty stainless-steel D rings for all flag to pole connections, the header is constructed with Double Folded Polycotton Sailcloth. All seams and fly ends are double lock-stitched to ensure maximum flag life and durability. Our Brite-Type™ Nylon material is the highest quality flag material in the industry not to mention the strongest and most economical. Nylon flags have very brilliant colors and tend to “pop” in the sun. If the flag is left on the flagpole unattended between life cycles nylon material is recommended.
